Modern construction equipment—whether cranes, drilling machines, port lifting equipment, or lifting platforms—relies on smooth, continuous rotation to ensure precision, safety, and productivity. At the heart of this rotation is a key component: the slip ring. In a European context characterized by high standards of safety, reliability, and durability, the choice of slip ring is crucial.


In public works and civil engineering applications, slip rings must simultaneously transmit high currents, control signals, industrial data, and sometimes fiber optics, while withstanding dust, moisture, vibration, and extreme temperatures. JINPAT Electronics meets these requirements with its new generation of LPT series hollow shaft slip rings.


JINPAT's LPT collectors are distinguished by their compact structure, large number of circuits, and reinforced mechanical design. The rotor and stator cable outlets on the same side are a major advantage for integration into equipment with limited space, reducing installation complexity and facilitating maintenance. The stainless steel housings offer excellent corrosion resistance, while high-performance insulating materials guarantee insulation levels well above those of standard slip rings.

For marine and offshore applications, certain LPT versions incorporate fiber optics and are certified for operation up to 500 meters underwater, perfectly meeting the requirements of marine construction machinery and port equipment. Other models, specially designed for pile driving machines, combine high current, low contact resistance, and effective shielding to ensure stable and durable transmission.

JINPAT's LPA range complements these solutions for very high-power applications, such as tower cranes, port cranes, and cable winches. Models capable of withstanding voltages of up to 10,000 V and extremely high currents ensure a reliable power supply that complies with European industrial standards.
